Lo scambio di informazioni avviene in seno a gruppi di lavoro tecnici specializzati nei diversi settori di cui fanno parte esperti degli Stati membri, dell'industria e delle ONG; la gestione è curata dall'Ufficio IPPC della Commissione europea (EIPPCB)[9], responsabile della stesura dei BREF.
The exchange of information takes place through sector-specific technical working groups which bring together the Member States, industry and NGO experts, and it is managed by the Commission's European IPPC Bureau[9] (EIPPCB). The EIPPCB is responsible for drafting the BREFs.
