(34) Gli Stati membri dovrebbero adottare tutti i provvedimenti opportuni per assicurare che gli strumenti per pesare a funzionamento non automatico possano essere immessi sul mercato soltanto se, adeguatamente immagazzinati e usati ai fini cui sono destinati, o in condizioni d'uso ragionevolmente prevedibili, non mettono in pericolo la salute e l'incolumità delle persone.
(34) Member States should take all appropriate measures to ensure that non-automatic weighing instruments may be placed on the market only if, when properly stored and used for their intended purpose, or under conditions of use which can be reasonably foreseen, they do not endanger the health and safety of persons.
