Quando un internalizzatore sistematico che pubblica un’unica quotazione oppure quotazioni per quantitativi tutti inferiori alla dimensioni standard del mercato, riceve da un cliente un ordine di entità maggiore del quantitativo di riferimento della sua quotazione, ma inferiore alla dimensione standard del mercato, può decidere di eseguire la parte dell’ordine che eccede il quantitativo di riferimento la sua quotazione purché l’ordine sia eseguito al prezzo quotato, salvo disposizioni contrarie di cui ai paragrafi 2 e 3.
4. Where a systematic internaliser quoting only one quote or whose highest quote is lower than the standard market size receives an order from a client of a size bigger than its quotation size, but lower than the standard market size, it may decide to execute that part of the order which exceeds its quotation size, provided that it is executed at the quoted price, except where otherwise permitted under the conditions laid down in paragraphs 2 and 3.
