1. In deroga all'articolo 15 del regolamento (UE) n/2013 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio [sulla politica comune della pesca], tutte le catture di specie ittiche e non ittiche, a prescindere dal fatto che siano soggette a limiti di cattura o meno, effettuate da un peschereccio titolare di un'autorizzazione di pesca per le specie di acque profonde ai sensi dell'articolo 4, paragrafi 1 o 3, del presente regolamento sono trasportate e conservate a bordo, registrate nel giornale di bordo e sbarcate.

1. 6. Il comandante di un peschereccio titolare di un'autorizzazione di pesca di cui al paragrafo 4bis registra nel giornale di bordo il numero e la lunghezza degli attrezzi a bordo del peschereccio prima che quest'ultimo esca dal porto e quando vi fa ritorno e dà conto delle eventuali discrepanze.
